The "Annealing Furnace" is a device that arranges four vertical molybdenum disilicide heaters on all sides, capable of heating workpieces at high temperatures and over a wide area. By adopting a vertical resistance heating method, it achieves excellent heat uniformity, minimizes the entrapment of foreign objects in the heater compared to door-type designs, and reduces the footprint of the device.
